Uses

• Allergic rhinitis (seasonal or perennial)
• Chronic urticaria (hives)
• Asthma (as an adjunct therapy)
• Other allergic reactions causing sneezing, runny nose, or itching

Composition & Mechanism of Action

• Levocetirizine (10 mg) – A non-drowsy antihistamine (H1 receptor blocker) that helps relieve allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose.
• Montelukast (5 mg) – A leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and prevents asthma symptoms, such as wheezing and shortness of breath.

Dosage & Administration

• Typically taken once daily, preferably in the evening.
• Can be taken with or without food.
• Should be swallowed whole with water.
