TESANVI-AM Tablets

TELMISARTAN & AMLODIPINE TABLETS

Telmisartan 40 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg tablets are a combination medication used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure).

Composition & Uses:

1. Telmisartan (40 mg)
• Angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB)
• Helps relax blood vessels, reducing blood pressure
2. Amlodipine (5 mg)
• Calcium channel blocker (CCB)
• Prevents calcium from entering heart and blood vessel walls, leading to lower blood pressure

Dosage & Administration:

• Usually once daily, as prescribed by a doctor
• Can be taken with or without food

• Fatigue
• Low blood pressure (hypotension)
• Rarely, kidney or liver issues
